Metal detector
TAILOR MADE ITALPACK METAL DETECTOR STATION, ideally designed to ensure quality control by detecting any metal contamination of food products packed into premade paper bags. The system adapts to format changing heights and speeds of Italpack packing lines, selects and rejects contaminated packages.
Automatic in line handle applicator station
Ideal for Ho.re.ca size packages, on which the system applies an adhesive handle over the top of a brick top sealed paper bag.
Semi Auto paper baling system
Suitable for a secondary packaging of brick top paper packages, grouped and fed into a preformed paper bale. Particularly interesting for an ecofriendly environment where plastics are not preferred.
Automatic inkject contact date/ batch coder
A simple cost effective solution with ink cartriges on a floating printer head, suitable to apply to conveyor systems of full paper retail packages, ideally to print an expiry date, a batch code or small logo.
