Pack 50/10 H.O.: High Output packaging machine for large formats
PACK 50/10 H.O. (High Output) is Italpack’s automatic packaging machine designed for large-format pre-made square-bottom paper bags.
Developed to ensure high capacity and precision, it is ideal for handling formats from 5000 to 12,500 g, maintaining the perfect balance between production speed and packaging quality.

The machine is equipped with two double dosers operating in two distinct stages:
- First dosing: high-precision volumetric system for fast and uniform filling.
- Second dosing: active feedback control that fine-tunes the quantity with maximum accuracy. This advanced configuration minimizes waste and ensures perfectly filled and sealed bags, even with high-weight formats.
PACK 50/10 H.O. delivers outstanding performance with both powdery and granular products:
- 5000 g → 20/22 CPM
- 10000 g → 18/20 CPM
- 12500 g → 15/16 CPM
Thanks to its enhanced architecture, the machine maintains consistent production rates even with large volumes, optimizing processing times and costs without sacrificing precision.
