Italpack bundlers complete the packaging line by grouping individual packages into compact, durable bundles ready for distribution. Designed to automate the entire process, these machines manage package arrangement, shrink-film wrapping, and controlled heat-shrinking, ensuring multi-packs in the required format.

Every phase is engineered to ensure that the wrapping and shrinking process does not affect the integrity of the packages or their contents.
The Italpack bundler is composed of three main sections:

  • Preparation unit: arranges the packages according to the desired format.
  • Shrink tunnel: applies the heat required to seal the film.
  • Cooling unit: stabilizes the bundle before accumulation and handling.

All functions are managed by a programmable PLC, easily configurable based on specific production needs, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and maximum customization.
