The ITALPACK collators - shrink tunnels are the perfect answer to end-of-line production. Designed and built to bundle the single bags arriving from the packers, wrapping them with shrink film, thus creating a multi-pack tailored to the customer’s requirements. All movements have been studied in order not to alter the filled bag and the product itself, also during the process of “shrink wrapping”. The ITALPACK collators - shrink tunnels are made up of an automatic bundle formation unit, a shrink tunnel and a bundle cooling device before the finished bundle is released onto the outfeed roller. All operating functions are controlled via a PLC system, fully programmable depending on the customer’s requirements.
